All orders within the UK are delivered free of charge. For deliveries outside of the UK please contact us to discuss delivery charges.
We will normally ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds using Royal Mail. If goods are out of stock we will back order them for you.
If despatch is likely to take more than 10 working days from receipt of cleared funds we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order.
Lost Parcels. In the unlikely event of Royal Mail losing a parcel we will replace it without charge. You must advise us in writing that you have not received the parcel 14 days after our despatch date, we will then re-despatch the order.
Damaged parcels. We have very few problems with damages as our packages are well wrapped, however if you find your parcel has been damaged in the post please advise us in writing as soon as possible so that we can replace any damaged product for you. We will need you to return the damaged packaging to us.
Returns
All orders carry a 60 day money back guarantee. If a product does not meet your expectations please return it to us along with your recipt. The cost of returning goods to us in non refundable.
